Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
- Tonka bitters6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Champagne22.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup, tonka bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
