Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy30 ml
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Ginger syrup5 ml
- Pimento dram2.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- grind Black pepper2
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, scotch whisky, ginger syrup, pimento dram, aromatic bitters, and grind black pepper to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
