Ingredients
- 55ml Gin
- Orgeat syrup12.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Orange flower water6 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
Method
- Dry-shake 55ml gin, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with orange flower water
