Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
- Black raspberry liqueur15 ml
Method
- Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and black raspberry liqueur to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
