Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Amaretto liqueur15 ml
- Peated malt whisky7.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup1 barspoon
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), amaretto liqueur, peated malt whisky, honey and water syrup, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
