Ingredients
- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro7.5 ml
Method
- Add irish whiskey, rosso/sweet vermouth, apricot liqueur, and cynar/carciofo amaro to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
