Ingredients
- Irish whiskey60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Green crème de menthe1.25 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, green crème de menthe, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
