Ingredients
- Sage gin45 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth20 ml
- Génépi liqueur10 ml
- Tonic water30 ml
- Pink grapefruit soda30 ml
Method
- Muddle sage gin in rocks glass
- Add bianco/blanco vermouth, génépi liqueur, and pink grapefruit soda
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with tonic water
