Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo15 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)7.5 ml
- Cherry bitters2 dash
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, orange-red aperitivo, rosso/sweet vermouth, and amaro (e.g. averna) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cherry bitters
