Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- White crème de cacao7.5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, white crème de cacao, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
