Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Pimento bitters1 dash
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and pimento bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
