Ingredients
- Gin22.5 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth22.5 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Coc.)22.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Grapefruit bitters4 drop
Method
- Add gin, bianco/blanco vermouth, vermouth amaro (coc.), cynar/carciofo amaro, and grapefruit bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
