Ingredients
- Rosemary sprig1 sprig
- dried Raisins10
- Gin60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add dried raisins, gin, rich simple syrup, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
