Ingredients
- Absinthe1.25 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro60 ml
- Rye whiskey 50% abv30 ml
- swath Lemon peel4
- Saline solution 4:16 drop
Method
- Add absinthe, cynar/carciofo amaro, rye whiskey 50% abv, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
