Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves8
- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Prosecco45 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
