Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Green crème de menthe15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add gin, green crème de menthe, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
