Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Chartreuse Green22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, fresh lime juice, chartreuse green, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
