- Gin60 ml
- Green crème de menthe15 ml
- Kummel liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Peach bitters3 dash
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add gin, green crème de menthe, kummel liqueur, fresh lemon juice, peach bitters, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
