Ingredients
- Grappa50 ml
- Limoncello liqueur25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake grappa, limoncello liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
