Ingredients
- Grappa30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Lucano)30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add grappa, amaro (e.g. lucano), fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
