Ingredients
- Grappa40 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)30 ml
- Coffee liqueur20 ml
- Brown sugar syrup2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add grappa, espresso coffee (hot), coffee liqueur, brown sugar syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
