Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Grapefruit Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg White20 ml
- Creole bitters3 dash
- Pink grapefruit soda70 ml
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white, creole bitters, and pink grapefruit soda in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
