- Grapefruit Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add gin, grapefruit juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
