Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur22.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Grapefruit bitters4 drop
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, grapefruit bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
