Ingredients
- 1⁄2 inch Rosemary sprig1
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Dry Vermouth7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, dry vermouth, and pineapple juice to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with 1⁄2 inch rosemary sprig
