- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow15 ml
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, fresh lemon juice, and chartreuse yellow to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
