- Chartreuse Yellow45 ml
- Apricot liqueur45 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake chartreuse yellow, apricot liqueur, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
