Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- Dry-shake gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, fresh egg yolk, and top up with soda from siphon in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
