Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake gin, rosso/sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, fresh orange juice, fresh egg yolk, and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
