Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Banana liqueur22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Whipping cream15 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, banana liqueur, rich simple syrup, whipping cream, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
