Ingredients
- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake irish whiskey, cognac (brandy), grenadine syrup, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
