- Vodka45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Ginger liqueur22.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, fresh orange juice, egg white (pasteurised), and ginger liqueur in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
