- Fresh ginger2 slice
- fresh Basil leaves5
- Gin60 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Apple juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh ginger, gin, pineapple juice, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
