Ingredients
- Fresh ginger1 slice
- 1⁄2 fresh Lemongrass stem
- Honey2 barspoon
- Gin60 ml
- Dry Vermouth7.5 ml
- Apple juice7.5 ml
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add fresh ginger, 1⁄2 fresh lemongrass stem, honey, gin, dry vermouth, apple juice, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
