Ingredients
- Gin16 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice4 oz
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Sparkling Water12 oz
- Lemon Wheels4 wheels
- Fresh Herbsfor garnish
Method
- In a punch bowl, combine juice of 2 lemons
- Add 2 tablespoons sugar and stir to dissolve
- Add 1 pint gin
- Add 1 bottle sparkling water
- Add large block of ice
- Garnish with lemon wheels and fresh herbs
- Serve in punch cups
