Ingredients
- Grapefruit gin45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add grapefruit gin, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
