Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Ginger liqueur10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Ginger beer75 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, fresh lime juice, ginger liqueur, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
