Ingredients
- Gin1.75 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.75 oz
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Fresh Mint Leaves6 leaves
- Ginger Beer3 oz
- Mint Sprig1 piece
- Lime Wedge1 piece
Method
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in shaker
- Add gin and lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge
