Ingredients
- Fresh ginger2 slice
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add fresh ginger, gin, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
