Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves12
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
