Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves3
- Gin60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Lemon bitters2 dash
- Tonic water60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and lemon bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
