Ingredients
- Non-alc gin alternative45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Lime cordial10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Apple cider vinegar2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Tonic water30 ml
Method
- Add non-alc gin alternative, fresh lime juice, lime cordial, rich simple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with tonic water
