Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin70 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add old tom gin, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
