Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv25 ml
- Dry Vermouth20 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Peated malt whisky2.5 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, dry vermouth, bénédictine d.o.m., absinthe, aromatic bitters, and peated malt whisky to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
