Ingredients
- Scotch whisky50 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur15 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Apple juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, honey herbal liqueur, elderflower liqueur, apple juice, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
