Ingredients
- Pot still whiskey40 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
- Pimento dram5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake pot still whiskey, rosso/sweet vermouth, pimento dram, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled toddy glass
