Ingredients
- New make spirit45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Agave syrup10 ml
- Watermelon juice45 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add new make spirit, red bitter liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and watermelon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
