Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky7.5 ml
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Cherry brandy30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake peated malt whisky, scotch whisky, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupette glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
