Ingredients
- Bison grass vodka60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Black raspberry liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bison grass vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, egg white (pasteurised), and black raspberry liqueur in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
