Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey30 ml
- Orange Liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
